Tong Yang Smokeless Grill and Shabu - Shabu Davao City

     It was already 8 o'clock in the evening when we decided to go to Chimes Shopping mall. The mall was already closed when we arrived. We ended up having dinner at Tong Yang Smokeless Grill and Shabu-Shabu. We choose set 2 for 650php from their regular packages composed of: in house appetizers, two fresh buko juice (served cold), pork loin set, pork belly, baby back ribs, chicken yakitori, two chahan rice. For shabu-shabu, we had two soup base: Spicy Sate Soup and Sinigang. In cooking shabu-shabu, you must first cook the hard ingredients such as meat and corn and the rest of the ingredients follow.

Antonio's Bar and Grill Davao City

We went to SM City Davao to look for a good restaurant and we saw Antonio's Bar 'n Grill that serves a wide variety of Filipino dishes. We find the place clean and in a western setting. The waiters are very accomodating.

We ordered Crispy Hipon sa Bawang at Luya, Garlic Rice, and Inihaw na Baby Back ribs. We had fruit juices for our drinks.

Tiny Kitchen Davao City

Before going to Davao, we have our long list of restaurants to choose from and Tiny Kitchen was one of them. We came to Tiny Kitchen one rainy day. It was a small place but serves a lot of food. We thought of ordering their specialty which is paella ( 3 kinds: Valenciana, Mariscos and Negra). Usually, Paella is cooked with variety of grained rice but we ordered their pasta version Paella Con Fideos. It was good for 2 persons to share. It was cooked with noodles and seafoods. We also ordered Sirloin Burger served with chips on the side.

For our dessert, we had yummy yem. The cake was not too sweet. Our stomach was filled with good food.
